The lvp88 Platform

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a valid and binding agreement between you (the user) and LVP88. It governs your use of all services, games, promotions, and other features available through the LVP88 platform at lvp88.net.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any games, or simply browsing the LVP88 website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using our platform immediately.

To be eligible to register and use the lvp88 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. LVP88 reserves the right to request age verification at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Legal Status: Use of the lvp88 platform must not violate any laws, regulations, or acts in force in your area of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into and execute binding contracts.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one lvp88 account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and the KYC process must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Non-Staff: LVP88 staff, their immediate family members, and LVP88 business partners are not permitted to participate as regular members.

Lvp88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. lvp88's decision in this matter is final.

The lvp88 account registration process is designed to ensure the safety of all members. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, mobile phone number, and other information as required by the platform's KYC process.

It is your sole responsibility to:

• Ensure your account password is strong, unique, and not shared with any other party.
• Notify lvp88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Update your personal information whenever changes occur, especially payment details and phone number.
• Ensure that the bank account or e-wallet registered for deposits and withdrawals is in your own name.

Lvp88 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations above. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have reported a security compromise to lvp88 support.

Lvp88 supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, and other major financial institutions. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20.00 per transaction, subject to periodic updates.
• Deposits will be credited to your LVP88 account within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation is received.
• You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources and in your own name. LVP88 prohibits the use of another person's card or account.
• Lvp88 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding certain limits as part of our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance process.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.00. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 business hours.
• The withdrawal recipient account must match the name registered on your LVP88 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Before making your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete the full KYC verification process, including submitting a copy of your identification document.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified wagering requirement before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Lvp88 reserves the right to delay or place a hold on withdrawal requests for security review or compliance purposes. Members will be notified within a reasonable timeframe.

Lvp88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and special festive campaigns. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in the individual promotion's terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Valid Period: All bonuses have a limited validity period. Unused bonuses that expire within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: Any member found attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, opposing bets (bonus abuse), or other methods deemed unfair by lvp88 will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account closed.
• VIP Program: Members eligible to join the LVP88 VIP program are subject to additional terms specific to that program. VIP eligibility, tiers, and rewards may change at LVP88's discretion.

Lvp88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. lvp88's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and promotion-related dispute resolution are final.

All games available at lvp88 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party — including lvp88 itself.

• Members are fully responsible for all decisions made during gameplay. LVP88 is not liable for any losses resulting from individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, lvp88 will endeavour to restore the state to the last verifiable position. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets may be voided and the balance returned.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.
• Wins resulting from technical errors, software malfunctions, or display glitches are void and will not be paid out. LVP88 reserves the right to void any transaction that occurred due to a system error.
• The use of automated assistance software (bots), cheating tools, or any method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

Your account security is a shared priority between LVP88 and you as a member. LVP88 implements multiple layers of technical security including end-to-end data encryption, optional two-factor authentication (2FA), unusual login activity monitoring, and an automated fraud detection system.

You agree to:

• Do not share your account login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report to lvp88 customer support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.
• Do not use unsecured public Wi-Fi networks to access your lvp88 account.

Lvp88 will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication requesting such confidential information is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.

Use of the lvp88 platform is subject to a strict code of conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Opening more than one account in your own name or another person's name for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses.
• Using a false identity or another individual's personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Colluding with other players to defraud the platform through unfairly coordinated betting strategies (collusion).
• Using automated software, bots, macro programs, or any tool that enables gameplay without direct human control.
• Distributing any offensive, threatening, or inappropriate content through lvp88's communication platforms.
• Attempting to access LVP88 systems, databases, or source code without authorisation.
• Depositing funds via a credit card or bank account that does not belong to you.

Lvp88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-requested account closure submitted through lvp88 customer support.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

You also have the right to close your LVP88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance in your account prior to closure (after bonus wagering requirements are met, if applicable) will be returned via the same payment method used for your deposit.

For self-exclusion requests made on responsible gaming grounds, LVP88 will process the request within 24 hours and the account will be blocked from making any deposits or wagering.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, lvp88 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of game outcomes, including loss of wagered funds.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond LVP88's control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
• Errors made by the member themselves, such as entering incorrect bank account details for a withdrawal.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the lvp88 platform.

Lvp88 always strives to keep the platform running smoothly and without interruption. However, we make no guarantee that access to the platform will be continuous, error-free, or suited to any particular purpose the user requires.

Lvp88 reserves the right to review, modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes may be required for various reasons, including legal updates, product improvements, new security requirements, or alignment with industry best practices.
